Amends Law No. 14,148, of May 3, 2021, which established the Emergency Program for the Resumption of the Events Sector - Perse, and reduces to zero percent the rates of the Contribution to the Social Integration Program and the Public Servant's Asset Formation Program - PIS/Pasep and the Contribution to the Financing of Social Security - Cofins levied on revenues from the activity of regular air passenger transport. NEW SUMMARY: Amends Law No. 14,148, of May 3, 2021, which established the Emergency Program for the Resumption of the Events Sector (Perse); reduces to 0% (zero percent) the rates of the Contribution to the Social Integration and Public Servant Asset Formation Programs (PIS/Pasep Contribution) and the Contribution to Social Security Financing (Cofins) levied on revenues from the regular air passenger transport activity; reduces the rates of the PIS/Pasep Contribution and Cofins levied on operations carried out with diesel oil, biodiesel, liquefied petroleum gas, alcohol, aviation kerosene, vehicular natural gas and gasoline; amends Laws No. 10,637, of December 30, 2002, and No. 10,833, of December 29, 2003, to exclude the Tax on Operations related to the Circulation of Goods and on the Provision of Interstate and Intermunicipal Transportation and Communication Services (ICMS) from the calculation basis of the PIS/Pasep and Cofins Contribution credits, and Laws No. 13,483, of September 21, 2017, and No. 13,576, of December 26, 2017, and Decree-Laws No. 9,853, of September 13, 1946, and No. 8,621, of January 10, 1946; Repeals provisions of Provisional Measures Nos. 1,157, of January 1, 2023, 1,159, of January 12, 2023, and 1,163, of February 28, 2023; and provides other measures.

NEW SUMMARY: Suspends paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Article 1 and Article 2. Article 10 of Decree No. 11,466, of April 5, 2023, and paragraphs 13 to 17 of Article 6 of Decree No. 11,467, of April 5, 2023, which regulate provisions of the legal framework for basic sanitation.
