Trajectory
Vitor Lippi, born in Sorocaba/SP on May 18, 1959, graduated in medicine from the Souza Marques Foundation in Rio de Janeiro. He is the son of the former vice-mayor of Mairinque, physician Eno Lippi, and teacher Volda Pedroso Lippi.
Vitor Lippi's political career began in 1988 when he was elected councilman of Mairinque/SP, representing the PDT party . In 1991, running for office in another municipality, Lippi was elected councilman of Alumínio, participating in the installation of the first legislature between 1993 and 1996, and serving as president of the City Council in 1994.
In Sorocaba, in 1997, he was the health secretary during the administration of Mayor Renato Amary . In 2004, he ran for office with the PSDB party and was elected mayor of Sorocaba in the second round. In 2008, he was re-elected with 79.35% of the valid votes.
In the 2014 elections, he ran for federal deputy and was elected with over 200,000 votes in the state of São Paulo. He was re-elected in 2018 and 2022.
Vitor Lippi has distinguished himself through his work on issues related to innovation and technological development, sustainable energy, and economic and tax development.
In 2016, he voted in favor of the impeachment process against Dilma Rousseff . During Michel Temer's government , he voted in favor of the amendment establishing a spending cap . In April 2017, he supported the labor reform . In August 2017, he voted in favor of the process requesting an investigation into President Michel Temer .

He currently serves as president of the Joint Parliamentary Front for the Machinery and Equipment Industry and the Joint Parliamentary Front for the Development of the Electrical and Electronic Industry . In addition, he acts as secretary general of the Parliamentary Front for Support of the National System for Financing Development.

Vitor Lippi received the Parliamentary Excellence Award every year of the 57th Legislature (2023-2026) from the Ranking dos Políticos , ranking as the 7th best parliamentarian in São Paulo and 19th in the national ranking for the Legislature as a whole.
