Vicente Alves de Oliveira Júnior, known as Vicentinho Júnior , was born on April 11, 1985 , in Goiânia (GO) . An entrepreneur, he built his public career representing the state of Tocantins , despite being a native of Goiás. He entered politics early and established himself as one of the main federal leaders from Tocantins, with a strong presence among regional bases and the productive sector.
He was first elected federal deputy in 2014 , assuming office in 2015 for the PSB party , and was subsequently re-elected in 2018 and 2022 , this time for the Progressistas (PP) party . He is currently serving his third consecutive term in the House of Representatives (2015–2019, 2019–2023 and 2023–2027) . Throughout his career, he has held positions as deputy party leaders and leaders of parliamentary blocs , standing out for his political articulation skills and influence in defining strategic agendas.
In the National Congress , Vicentinho Júnior's work focuses on issues such as agribusiness, infrastructure, public budget, and regional development . In 2024 , he was elected president of the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock, Supply and Rural Development , in addition to serving as a full member of the Joint Budget Committee (CMO) . Among the projects he authored and his legislative work on, the following stand out: Bill No. 1327/2025 (security in electrical networks), Bill No. 416/2025 (toughening of penalties for crimes against water supply), Bill No. 879/2025 (flexibility of the school cut-off date), Bill No. 5988/2025 (transparency in the use of public resources in events), Bill No. 5990/2025 (regulation of the activity of digital influencers), in addition to Bills No. 3933/2024 , No. 4703/2023 and No. 893/2023 , related to budget, public agreements and energy and development policies.
