Rosângela de Oliveira Campos Reis is a federal deputy for Minas Gerais (term 2023-2027), affiliated with the PL party .
She began her public career as a city councilor in Ipatinga (MG) , elected in 2000 and re-elected in 2004, even serving as vice-president of the City Council. Subsequently, she was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Minas Gerais, where she served consecutive terms as a state deputy for the Vale do Aço region, being one of the most voted women and with strong regional representation.
In the National Congress, Rosângela Reis is a member of permanent committees and holds leadership positions within the House of Representatives. She has already accumulated dozens of proposals; for example, in 2023 she authored 161 proposals and reported on 4. In 2025, to date, she has 86 proposals and 2 reports under her responsibility. Among her recent legislative initiatives, the most notable is Bill 5.088/2025 , which amends the Bidding Law to require that public contracts for private security, fire prevention and fighting, and first aid services comply with collective bargaining agreements and guarantee labor rights. She also presented Bill 5.087/2025 , which establishes minimum conditions for private security and civilian firefighter services at private events, aiming at social responsibility and valuing these categories. On another front, she proposed ensuring access for security guards to personal protective equipment , recognizing its importance in the daily work of these categories. She is also listed as the author of Bill 3.655/2024 , which establishes the Organic Law of Private Security (LOSEP) , eliminating the term "vigilante" and creating the concept of "Private Security Agent (AGESP)," with changes to related laws. She also introduced a bill to guarantee the national validity of the Conciliator and Mediator Card , aiming to standardize and strengthen these instruments of justice and mediation nationwide.

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of supermarkets.
