Ronaldo Nogueira de Oliveira is a business administrator, evangelical pastor, and federal deputy for Rio Grande do Sul (Republicanos-RS) , born on April 25, 1966 , in Carazinho (RS) . Throughout his political career, Nogueira built a strong connection with public administration and local politics before reaching the National Congress, having studied Administration and Theology and been involved in community and union activities.
In his institutional political career , Ronaldo Nogueira served as a city councilor for Carazinho for several terms , where he also presided over the City Council and held positions in the Housing, Public Works, and Social Assistance sectors before being elected federal deputy for the first time in 2011 and re-elected in 2015, 2019, and 2022. He is currently serving his term for the 2023–2027 legislature as an acting alternate. In his parliamentary career, he served as President of the House of Representatives's Committee on Labor, Administration, and Public Service , and in the federal Executive branch, he was Minister of Labor and Employment in the Michel Temer government (2016–2017) . At the state level, he also served as Secretary of Labor and Social Assistance in the government of Rio Grande do Sul .
In his legislative work , Ronaldo Nogueira presented and defended a series of bills focused on social, economic, and regional issues. Among the proposals he authored are Bill 2146/2024 , which authorizes the allocation of unoccupied public properties for housing and small businesses, approved and celebrated by the parliamentarian as a way to address the housing deficit, and Bill 2144/2024 , which establishes the National Plan for the Prevention and Mitigation of the Effects of Catastrophes , both aligned with the promotion of social inclusion and disaster response. He also proposed projects such as Bill 1361/2025 , which makes incentives for the recycling industry permanent; Bill 6034/2023 , which creates a Christmas bonus for the Continuous Benefit Payment; Bill 6512/2025 to recognize complementary educational activities; Bill 1934/2025 , which confers the title of National Capital of White Honey to Cambará do Sul; and Bill 3275/2025 , which toughens rules on administrative misconduct related to the execution of public works without budgetary provision. Other proposals include Bill 4395/2025 , which deals with the review of social security benefits due to the social security factor, demonstrating thematic diversity that combines social, administrative, and economic issues.
