Trajectory
Rogéria de Almeida Pereira dos Santos was born on August 19, 1966, in São João de Meriti (RJ) . She is a lawyer with a postgraduate degree in Public Administration and a master's degree in Governance and Public Policy. She worked as a radio broadcaster , TV presenter , and missionary, carrying out humanitarian work abroad before beginning her political career in Salvador.
She was elected councilwoman of Salvador in 2016 with 12,303 votes, and later appointed Municipal Secretary of Policies for Women, Children and Youth (2019–2020).
In 2022 , she won a seat as a federal deputy for Bahia , assuming office on February 1, 2023 , affiliated with the Republicanos party .
They have authored 342 proposals and reported on 60 projects .
As rapporteur, she led Bill 6.020/2023 , approved in the Plenary, which aims to guarantee the safety of women against sexting and abuse on social media . She also led Bill 173/2025 , which establishes the National System for the Protection of Women , with a prominent role in this area.
She is a member of the Special Committee on Tax Immunity (PEC 005/23), the Committee for the Defense of Women's Rights, and the Committee on Social Security, Social Assistance, Childhood, Adolescence and Family.
