Rodrigo Estacho

Rodrigo Tlustik Venek, better known as Rodrigo Estacho , was born on January 16, 1989 , in Guarapuava (PR) . Before entering politics, he worked in various jobs, such as furniture assembler, gas deliveryman, motorcycle mechanic, computer technician, and teacher in the state education system—and gained national notoriety on social media with the humorous character "Estacho" on YouTube , which boosted his public visibility.

Political Career

His political career began in Paraná , when he was elected state deputy in 2018 with 43,088 votes, serving from 2019 to 2022 in the Legislative Assembly of Paraná (ALEP) for the PSD (at the time, initially affiliated with the PV). In 2022, he ran for federal deputy , obtained approximately 47,015 votes and became the first alternate , assuming the mandate of federal deputy in the House of Representatives for the 2023–2027 legislature on February 15, 2023 , when the incumbent took leave.

Performance in the House of Representatives

In the National Congress , Rodrigo Estacho serves as a federal deputy (acting alternate) for the PSD-PR party and, as of 2025, has registered 81 proposals of his own authorship and 22 of his own report in the House of Representatives' system. He is part of parliamentary fronts on topics such as health, education, infrastructure, and regional development, and has projects focused on diverse areas, such as PL 948/2025 (on carrying weapons for prison resocialization monitors), PL 6214/2023 (which confers the title of National Capital of Engineered Wood to Guarapuava), and PL 2816/2025 (which alters rules on traffic violations). He advocates for agendas such as payroll tax relief and the strengthening of regional public services, in addition to seeking improvements for his home state.
