Rodrigo Gambale

Rodrigo Gambale Vieira (known as Rodrigo Gambale ) is a Brazilian politician and businessman born on March 17, 1984, in Mogi das Cruzes (SP) . The son of a taxi driver and a teacher, he began his professional career in communications and the business sector , working in radio, gastronomy, and advertising before entering electoral politics. He served as a state deputy in São Paulo (2019–2023) and, in 2022, was elected federal deputy for the state of São Paulo by Podemos with approximately 108,209 votes , becoming the first federal parliamentarian in the history of Ferraz de Vasconcelos and consolidating his base in Alto Tietê and the interior of São Paulo.

Political career

In his political career , Gambale assumed office in the 57th Legislature (2023–2027) and, on February 3, 2025, was elected leader of Podemos in the House of Representatives , a position in which he coordinates the party's agenda and prioritizes health, security, and social rights issues in dialogue with other political forces. He also served as vice-leader of an expanded bloc in October and November 2025. In Parliament, he is a member of committees such as Transportation and Highways, the Special Committee on Health Agents and the Fight against Endemic Diseases (PEC 014/21), and the Special Committee on the Brazilian Port System (PL 0733/25) , in addition to being part of committees focused on policies for people with autism and tuberculosis , issues related to public health and inclusion.

In the National Congress , Rodrigo Gambale has a large legislative presence, with approximately 295 proposals authored by him and 5 reported in 2025 registered on the House of Representatives' website. His work includes projects such as PL 5743/2025 , which prohibits the retention of stretchers, equipment, and teams from mobile pre-hospital emergency services ; PL 1250/2025 , which creates the Rapid Access to Judicial Decisions in the Health Area Program ; PL 3667/2025 , which amends the Income Tax Law to allow the deduction of expenses for veterinary medical treatment of domestic animals ; and PL 5322/2025 , which establishes the National Traceability System for Alcoholic Beverages (SINARBA) to prevent counterfeiting and poisoning.
