Rodolfo Nogueira

Rodolfo Oliveira Nogueira was born on November 24, 1973, in Dourados, Mato Grosso do Sul. He is a cattle rancher and farmer with a higher education and a career linked to the rural production sector. Before entering politics, he established himself as a leader among producers in the southern region of Mato Grosso do Sul, which gave him visibility within agribusiness unions and associations.

Political Career

His political career began in the ranks of the Liberal Party (PL), the party through which he was elected federal deputy in 2022, assuming office in February 2023. Within the party, Rodolfo Nogueira also assumed the presidency of the PL in Dourados, the second largest electoral district in the state, expanding his regional influence. Since the beginning of his term, he has consolidated his role as one of the leading voices of agribusiness in Mato Grosso do Sul in the House of Representatives.

Performance in the House of Representatives

In the National Congress, Rodolfo Nogueira has distinguished himself by advocating for policies focused on agriculture, land regularization, and rural security. He is the president of the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock, Supply, and Rural Development (CAPADR), a position that reinforces his leadership on issues related to agricultural and livestock production. He also serves on committees related to public security, the environment, and regional development. Among his main proposals are projects dealing with the expansion of cooperation agreements between municipal civil guards and state and federal security forces, incentives for sustainable agricultural production, and the modernization of rules for the transportation and marketing of agricultural products. In 2025, he had submitted 165 proposals and completed 14 reports, demonstrating his technical and consistent performance.
