Renilce Conceição Nicodemos de Albuquerque was born on December 8, 1976 , in Marapanim (PA) and is a public administrator with a degree in Public Management. Before arriving in Congress, she worked for years in state public administration, having been secretary and financial director of the State Secretariat of Sport and Leisure of Pará between 2013 and 2018, in addition to serving as a state deputy in Pará from 2019 to 2022. In the 2022 elections, she was elected federal deputy for Pará by the MDB with 162,208 votes , assuming her first term in the House of Representatives in the 57th Legislature (2023–2027) .
Within the party and political sphere, Renilce Nicodemos has focused her work on defending public policies especially aimed at women's health and social assistance , as well as issues related to social protection and civil rights. She was vice-leader of the MDB/PSD/Republicanos/PODE/PSC Parliamentary Bloc between March 2023 and January 2025 and is recognized for her active participation in building fronts and debates involving the promotion of women's health and empowerment in parliament.
In the National Congress , Renilce Nicodemos is a member of the Special Committee on Prevention and Combat of Cancer, Stroke and Heart Disease and the Committee on Constitution, Justice and Citizenship (CCJC) , in addition to being an alternate member of the Committee on Mines and Energy . In 2025, she registered 113 proposals of her own authorship and 6 reported on . Among the projects he presented are Bill No. 2557/2025 (includes infertility treatment in cases of FGTS withdrawals), Bill No. 3815/2025 (adds provisions to the Maria da Penha Law), Bill No. 6460/2025 (establishes duties of care on the internet for the prevention of self-harm and suicide among children and adolescents), Bill No. 6052/2025 (increases penalties and restricts benefits in the crime of femicide), Bill No. 5295/2025 (prioritizes access to contraceptive methods and health care for women in situations of violence), and Bill No. 324/2025 (creates the Autism-Friendly Public Servant Program – PSAA), in addition to other proposals aimed at inclusion and social protection.

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of supermarkets.
