Pedro Henrique de Andrade Lima Carneiro Campos was born on October 28, 1995, in Recife, Pernambuco. He graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) and worked in the sanitation sector as a civil service analyst at the Pernambuco Sanitation Company (COMPESA), where he focused on innovation and efficiency.
He was elected federal deputy in 2022 for the state of Pernambuco by the PSB party and assumed his mandate on February 1, 2023, for the 2023-2027 legislature. During his term, he assumed the leadership of the PSB caucus in the House of Representatives on January 31, 2025.
In the National Congress, Pedro Campos is a member of committees such as the Constitution, Justice and Citizenship Committee (CCJC) as a full member, as well as the Committee for the Defense of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and others as a full and alternate member. In 2025, he is reported to have presented 239 proposals of his own authorship and reported on 8 projects. His work has prioritized themes such as sanitation, innovation, strengthening the national industry for the export of value-added products, and regional development, especially for the Northeast.
Acknowledgements
Pedro Campos received the Parliamentary Excellence Award from the 2025 Ranking of Politicians , being the 2nd best parliamentarian in Pernambuco and 5th in the overall ranking.

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of supermarkets.
