Delegado Matheus Laiola

Delegate Matheus Araújo Laiola (known as Delegate Matheus Laiola ) is a federal deputy for Paraná (UNIÃO-PR) , born on December 24, 1982, in Cândido Mota (SP) . He holds a law degree and postgraduate qualifications in public security, constitutional law, public management, criminal investigation, and forensic psychology. He joined the Paraná Civil Police in 2008 , serving as a delegate in various regions of the state, including the Environmental Protection Police Station in Curitiba, where he gained prominence for his work on animal protection and environmental issues before being elected to Congress in 2022 with 132,759 votes .

Political Career

In his political career , he assumed his first term as a federal deputy on February 1, 2023 , and is currently serving in the 57th Legislature (2023-2027) representing UNIÃO Brasil for Paraná .
