Trajectory
Tereza Leitão is a Brazilian politician with a long history in the Workers' Party (PT) and in the politics of Pernambuco.
She has been a state representative since 2003 and is in her fifth term in the Legislative Assembly of Pernambuco. This long experience in the state legislature demonstrates her political skill and her ability to remain elected over the years.
