Márcio Della Valle Biolchi is a federal deputy for Rio Grande do Sul , affiliated with the MDB party , and was born on May 23, 1979 , in Carazinho (RS) . Son of former federal deputy Osvaldo Biolchi and a university professor, he holds a law degree and began his political career at a young age, becoming the most voted councilman in Carazinho in 2000 , quickly establishing a strong connection with local politics and popular representation. Before reaching Congress, he served two terms as a state deputy in Rio Grande do Sul , where he distinguished himself on the Board of Directors and as a party leader, in addition to serving as a state secretary in bodies such as Development and International Affairs.
In his institutional political career , Biolchi was first elected federal deputy in 2014 and re-elected in 2018 and 2022, currently serving his term in the 2023-2027 legislature representing Rio Grande do Sul in the House of Representatives. In Congress, he participates in committees and works to coordinate agendas involving economic development, infrastructure, and support for municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul, in addition to allocating parliamentary amendments to areas such as health and road improvements in cities like Poço das Antas and Soledade , with resources that strengthen local public services.
In his legislative work , Biolchi has presented projects that seek to address regional and national demands, including proposals such as Bill 1084/2024 , which names a section of the BR-472 highway between São Borja and Barra do Quaraí, and Bill 2135/2024 , which deals with the suspension of caps on transfers from the National Health Fund to municipal health funds in cases of public calamity in Rio Grande do Sul. He also proposed Bill 1943/2024 , aimed at contingency actions for the tourism and viticulture sectors in the face of the impacts of rainfall in the state. Furthermore, his work includes allocating parliamentary amendments that guarantee resources for infrastructure, health, and support for municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul, reinforcing his focus on promoting regional development and addressing local needs.
