Luiz Carlos Busato

Luiz Carlos Ghiorzzi Busato is a Brazilian architect, urban planner, and politician born on November 6, 1948, in Caçador (SC). Currently affiliated with the União Brasil party (RS) , Busato has a long public career that includes experience in municipal and state executive branches before becoming a federal congressman. A graduate in Urban Planning and Real Estate Management, he began his local political career as a city councilor and later mayor of Canoas (RS) , which broadened his scope in public management and urban planning, consolidating ties with political and community leaders in the region.

Political Career

In his institutional political career, Busato serves as a federal deputy for Rio Grande do Sul in the 2023–2027 legislature , marking his fourth consecutive term in the House of Representatives.
