Katarina Feitoza Lima Santana , politically known as Delegate Katarina , is a lawyer, police delegate, and federal deputy for Sergipe, elected by the PSD party for the 2023–2027 legislature . Born on October 5, 1973 , in Aracaju, she graduated in Law from Tiradentes University and, throughout more than 20 years in the Sergipe Civil Police , held prominent positions such as general delegate , general coordinator of intelligence, and inspector general, contributing to the modernization and strengthening of public security in the state before entering parliamentary life. She also served as vice-mayor of Aracaju between 2020 and 2022, supporting municipal security and social assistance policies.
In the institutional sphere, Delegate Katarina is serving her first federal term and has distinguished herself through her articulation and stance on issues such as public security, women's rights, and regional development. On February 1, 2025 , she was elected 3rd Secretary of the Board of Directors of the House of Representatives , with one of the highest votes of the day, becoming the first parliamentarian from Sergipe to hold the position and advocating for greater female protagonism in Parliament. She has previously served as vice-leader of the parliamentary bloc composed of MDB, PSD, Republicanos, Podemos, and PSC , and acted as 1st vice-president of the Commission for the Defense of Women's Rights, in addition to being a member of commissions such as the Constitution and Justice Commission, Public Security and Combating Organized Crime Commission , and the Defense of Women's Rights Commission —strategic spaces for social and justice agendas.
In her legislative work, Delegate Katarina is the author and rapporteur of several proposals that reflect her main causes . Among the bills she authored are PL 4676/2024 , which makes the appointment of court-appointed lawyers mandatory in cases of domestic violence when necessary to complement the services of the Public Defender's Office, and proposals such as PL 1191/2025 , which creates a policy of recovery and re-education for perpetrators of domestic violence, in addition to matters such as PL 5717/2025 , which considers the illegal possession of weapons by members of criminal organizations to be a heinous crime, and PL 5718/2025 , which establishes the National System for the Elucidation and Transparency of Homicides. As rapporteur, she was responsible for reports that resulted in Law 14.994/24 , which increases the penalty for femicide to up to 40 years imprisonment, and for updating targets for reducing violence against women (Law 14.899/24). She also reported on laws such as the national registry of missing persons and the recognition of cultural manifestations, in addition to allocating resources and amendments for public security, fishing, and rural modernization in Sergipe.

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of supermarkets.
