Jacqueline Oliveira Rocha, known as Jack Rocha, born in Colatina/ES on August 26, 1983, is a Brazilian activist and politician, affiliated with the Workers' Party (PT). Currently, she serves as a federal deputy for the state of Espírito Santo.
Jack Rocha began his political career in 2005 as Municipal Press Secretary of Colatina. After moving to Vitória, he participated in the formation of the Youth Secretariat of the Unified Workers' Central (CUT) and served as manager of Solidarity Economy and Microcredit for the state government during Paulo Hartung's administration. Jack is also the state president of the PT (Workers' Party ).
In the 2018 elections, Jack ran for governor of Espírito Santo and came in third place with 142,654 votes (7.38% of valid votes). In the 2020 election, she ran for vice-mayor of Vitória on João Coser's ticket, who was defeated in the second round. In 2022, she was elected federal deputy for Espírito Santo with 51,317 votes , becoming the first Black woman elected to the position in the state's history and the only woman to represent Espírito Santo in the 57th legislature of the House of Representatives.
During her term as a federal congresswoman, Jack Rocha has distinguished herself through her work on issues related to human rights, gender equality, education, and social policies. She voted in favor of tax reform in 2023.

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of supermarkets.
