Trajectory

Filipe Barros Baptista de Toledo Ribeiro was born on May 29, 1991, in Londrina (PR) . He is a lawyer, graduated from the State University of Londrina (UEL), and gained political visibility while still at university as president of the Central Student Directory, articulating student agendas before formally entering party politics. He is identified with conservative agendas, defense of the family, and pro-life issues, aligned with segments of the Brazilian right in Congress.

Political Career

In his political career , Barros was first elected federal deputy for Paraná in 2018 (term beginning February 1, 2019) and re-elected in 2022 , currently serving his term in the 57th Legislature (2023–2027) representing the Liberal Party (PL) . In Parliament, he has served as vice-leader of the PL and the Opposition at different times , in addition to being part of expanded articulation blocs and playing a relevant role in caucus negotiations.

In the National Congress , Filipe Barros has an active legislative role, with 119 proposals authored by him and 5 reported on in 2025, registered on the House of Representatives's website. Bills 6126/2023 and 6127/2023 , which amend regulations concerning the financial system and indirect public administration;
Bill 2771/2022 , which proposes the inclusion of taxi drivers and taxi cooperatives in the Ministry of Tourism's registry .

These initiatives reflect their work on issues of legal security, the economy, and national sovereignty , as well as incorporating agendas for economic regulation and institutional defense in Congress.
