Trajectory
Erica Clarissa Borba Cordeiro de Moura, better known as Clarissa Tércio , was born on December 26, 1984, in Recife (PE) . Before assuming her federal mandate, she served as a state deputy in Pernambuco , being first elected in 2018 to the Legislative Assembly of Pernambuco (ALEPE) , where she worked on committees such as Education and Culture, Health, and Women's Rights. In 2022 , she achieved a significant vote and was elected federal deputy for the state of Pernambuco , assuming her first term in the House of Representatives for the 2023–2027 legislature for the Progressistas (PP) party.
In her political career, Clarissa Tércio transitioned from state politics to the federal scene with a strong conservative profile and a defense of issues such as life from conception, strengthening the traditional family, and Christian values—issues that marked both her work in the ALEPE (Legislative Assembly of Pernambuco) and her position in Congress. She is a communicator and presents programming on Rádio Novas de Paz , and has also held local party leadership positions, including as president of the PP's (Progressive Party) municipal directorate in Jaboatão dos Guararapes.
In Congress, Clarissa Tércio is a member of the permanent committees on Human Rights, Minorities and Racial Equality (CDHMIR) , Social Security, Social Assistance, Childhood, Adolescence and Family (CPASF) and Defense of Women's Rights (CMULHER) , in addition to serving as an alternate member of committees such as the MST CPI . She has 195 proposals of her own authorship and 16 of which she is the rapporteur, registered in the House of Representatives until 2025. Among her projects are PL 1357/2023 (includes provisions for the protection of children and adolescents in the Penal Code) and legislation such as PL 1589/2024 (protection of treatment after autism diagnosis), PL 2471/2024 (expands care for students with learning disorders), PL 4232/2024 (religious breaks in schools), PL 6414/2025 (continuous benefit payment) and PL 1005/2025 (changes to the National Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents), among other matters presented throughout her parliamentary career.
