Trajectory
Duda Brito Ramos is a Brazilian businessman born on May 19, 1974, in Benjamin Constant (AM) . Before entering public service, he worked as a businessman and graduated in Journalism , in addition to maintaining a strong community presence in Roraima, where he built his electoral and political base.
In the 2022 elections, he was elected federal deputy for Roraima by the MDB party , assuming his first term in the House of Representatives in the 2023–2027 legislature , taking office on February 1, 2023. Since then, he has established himself as one of the most productive parliamentary voices in the Roraima delegation, advocating for issues such as regional development, education, security, social protection, and the empowerment of local families and communities.
In the National Congress , Duda Ramos has distinguished his legislative performance, with approximately 964 proposals authored by him and 45 reported on until 2025, making him one of the deputies with the highest number of projects presented. He is a member of committees such as the Education Committee (where he served as a full member in 2025), and is an alternate member of committees such as Transportation , Mines and Energy , Women's Rights , and Science and Technology , in addition to participating in special committees such as the Energy Transition and Green Hydrogen Production Committee and other parliamentary work fronts. Among his projects are initiatives such as Bill No. 125/2025 (expansion of full-time secondary education), Bill No. 386/2025 (fund for school infrastructure), Bill No. 2971/2025 (expansion of public lighting in vulnerable areas), Bill No. 4145/2025 (National Program for Strengthening Municipal House of Representativess), Bill No. 5389/2025 (National Policy on Phytotherapy and Amazonian Biotechnology), and Bill No. 6728/2025 (First Professional Project Program in the North), in addition to others focused on education, culture, and economic and social inclusion. He was also the rapporteur for Bill No. 720/2025 , which expands protection for women by allowing the disclosure of aggressors' backgrounds under specific conditions.

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of supermarkets.
