Trajectory
Daniel Vieira Ramos, better known as Daniel Agrobom, was born on July 2, 1968, in Uberlândia (MG). He has completed high school. An entrepreneur operating in agribusiness, he owns the company Agrobom Armazéns Gerais Ltda, headquartered in Bom Jesus de Goiás. Daniel is married to Yara Guerra and has three children: Daniel Jr., Natan Yuri, and Luara.
Daniel Agrobom began his political career as vice-mayor of Bom Jesus de Goiás, a position he held from 2009 to 2012. Subsequently, he was elected mayor of the same city, serving two consecutive terms (2015-2020). In 2022, he ran for federal deputy for Goiás with the Liberal Party (PL) and was elected with 70,529 votes.
Since taking office as a federal deputy on February 1, 2023, Daniel Agrobom has been involved in various committees and has presented several legislative proposals. He has served as vice-leader of the PL party on several occasions. He actively participates in committees such as the Committee on National Integration and Regional Development (CINDRE), the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock, Supply and Rural Development (CAPADR), the Special Committee on Tax Immunity (PEC 005/23), and others. Among the notable projects in his work, he was the rapporteur for Bill 781/2024, to expand tax benefits from the North/Northeast to the Midwest, promoting greater transparency and efficiency in the application of these incentives. He also proposed Bill 868/24, which establishes a 20% reservation of hospital beds for the care of elderly people in hospitals with more than 100 beds, as well as a specialized geriatrics team. Furthermore, he was the rapporteur for Bill 4083/19, which establishes the National Policy to Support the Reconversion of Citrus Farming (Pnarc), a benefit for small and medium-sized citrus farmers.

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of supermarkets.
