Trajectory
Daniel Trzeciak Duarte, born in Dom Feliciano/RS on November 4, 1986, is a journalist with a degree in Social Communication from the Catholic University of Pelotas (UCPel), an institution where he also studied Law. Before entering public life, he worked as a TV producer at TV Pampa and, later, as a reporter and presenter at RBS TV, in Pelotas/RS.
Daniel Trzeciak began his political career in 2016, when he was elected councilman of Pelotas for the PSDB party, serving from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, he was elected federal deputy for Rio Grande do Sul by the same party. He was re-elected in 2022, assuming office for the 2019-2023 legislature, obtaining approximately 77,232 votes.
Throughout his terms in office, Daniel Trzeciak has focused his parliamentary work on allocating budget amendments to municipalities in the Southern Zone of Rio Grande do Sul, an area in which he gained notoriety for the volume of resources he directed to the region. He has served as a full and alternate member of committees such as the Financial Oversight and Control Committee (CFFC), the Tourism Committee (CTUR), the Sports Committee (CESPO), and the Transportation Committee (CVT). He also held the position of deputy leader of his party in the House of Representatives in 2019. In 2024, he considered a pre-candidacy for Mayor of Pelotas, a decision he later withdrew, remaining in his mandate as a federal deputy.

Daniel Trzeciak received the Parliamentary Excellence Award from the Politicians Ranking in every year of the 57th Legislature (2023-2026), being the 3rd best parliamentarian in Rio Grande do Sul and 9th in the overall ranking for the legislature.
