Trajectory
Pastor Cláudio Mariano Silva was born on December 16, 1976 , in Arenópolis, in the state of Goiás , and is a Christian pastor. With an incomplete high school education, he built his career through community and religious activities before formally entering electoral politics. Affiliated with União Brasil (UNIÃO) , he ran for federal deputy for Pará in the 2022 elections and currently serves as an acting substitute in the 2023–2027 legislature in the House of Representatives .
In his political career, Cláudio Mariano has no record of previous elected mandates in the House of Representatives, but he served as vice-mayor of Sapucaia (PA) between 2020 and 2024 , which marked his entry into public administration and consolidated his political base in the state of Pará.
In Congress, he has primarily served as an acting alternate since January 1, 2025 , with alternating periods of service and absences throughout the year. He is a member of the Agriculture, Livestock, Supply and Rural Development Committee and an alternate member of the Health Committee in the House of Representatives. To date, he has authored 19 proposals in the legislature, none of which have been formally assigned to him in the House of Representatives's system.
