Carlos Alberto da Cunha (better known as Delegate Da Cunha ) is a Brazilian police officer and politician , born on October 14, 1977, in Santos (SP) . A graduate in Law from the Catholic University of Santos , he dedicated approximately 18 years to his career in the São Paulo Civil Police , specializing in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure , which shaped his public trajectory before moving to the Legislative branch.
In his political career , Delegate Da Cunha was elected federal deputy for São Paulo in 2022 by the Progressistas (PP-SP) party , winning more than 181,000 votes and assuming his first term in the 57th Legislature (2023-2027) in the House of Representatives.
