Trajectory
Carla Zambelli holds a degree in Strategic Business Planning from Nove de Julho University (UNINOVE) in São Paulo. She began her career as a project manager at KPMG Consulting in 2015.
In the political sphere, her trajectory began in 2011 when she was one of the creators of the right-wing activist movement called "Nas Ruas" (In the Streets). This movement focused on combating corruption and impunity. Zambelli gained prominence on social media due to her involvement in the pro-impeachment demonstrations. Three years later, she published the book "Não foi Golpe - Os bastidores da luta nas ruas pelo Impeachment de Dilma" (It Wasn't a Coup - The Behind-the-Scenes Story of the Street Struggle for Dilma's Impeachment).
In 2018, she joined the Social Liberal Party (PSL) and ran for a seat in the House of Representatives for the state of São Paulo, being elected with more than 76,000 votes.
During her first term, Zambelli held the position of deputy leader of the PSL and played an important role in the approval of the so-called "Anti-crime Package," proposed by the then Minister of Justice and Public Security.
She is known for her strong alliance with former president Jair Bolsonaro and was re-elected as a federal deputy with an impressive vote of approximately 946,000 votes.
