Trajectory
Any Machado Ortiz was born on October 19, 1983, in Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul. She graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS) and dedicated herself to law practice and entrepreneurship before entering public life.
She began her political career as a city councilor in Porto Alegre in 2012, having been elected by the PPS party. In 2014, she was elected state representative for Rio Grande do Sul, and re-elected in 2018 with a significant vote, being the most voted woman and the third most voted in the state at the time. In 2022, she ran for federal deputy and was elected, assuming office on February 1, 2023, for the 2023-2027 legislature.
In the House of Representatives, Any Ortiz is affiliated with the Cidadania party and is part of the PSDB-Cidadania federation in Rio Grande do Sul. She serves on committees such as the Industry, Commerce and Services Committee (member), the Economic Development Committee (member), and the Special Committee on Obstetric Violence and Maternal Mortality (rapporteur). As of 2025, she is listed as having authored 109 proposals and produced 2 reports.
Acknowledgements
Any Ortiz received the Parliamentary Excellence Award every year of the 57th Legislature (2023-2026) from the Ranking of Politicians , being the 2nd best parliamentarian in Rio Grande do Sul and 7th in the overall ranking for the legislature.

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of supermarkets.
