Aliel Machado Bark (politically known as Aliel Machado ) is a Brazilian politician born on February 26, 1989, in Ponta Grossa (PR) . Affiliated with the Green Party (PV-PR) and a member of the PT-PCdoB-PV Federation , he began his political career in his youth and in the student movement before being elected city councilor in his city and, in 2014, federal deputy for the first time , being re-elected in 2018 and 2022 , currently in his third term in the House of Representatives (2023-2027) . He is recognized for his work in defense of science, the environment, social rights, and transparency in public accounts.
In his political career , Aliel Machado was president of the Ponta Grossa City Council during his youth and, as a federal deputy, chaired permanent committees such as Science and Technology , Defense of the Rights of the Elderly , and Culture , in addition to being a member of committees such as Digital Law and Industry, Commerce and Services in the current legislature. In 2025, he was appointed a full member of the Joint Budget Committee (CMO) , reinforcing his role in budgetary decisions regarding the Budget Guidelines Law (LDO) and the Annual Budget Law (LOA) . Machado has also been cited among the most influential parliamentarians in the National Congress, being included in the "100 Heads of Congress" survey.
In the National Congress , Aliel Machado's legislative work focuses on the environment, culture, science, technology, regional development, and public transparency . He was the rapporteur for the Carbon Market Bill , considered a landmark in the country's environmental and economic agenda, and leads initiatives in sustainability and bioeconomy. Among the proposals he has presented or reported on are PLP 75/2023 , which amends the Law on Ineligibilities for crimes against the Democratic Rule of Law; PL 5659/2023 , which grants the Municipality of Tibagi (PR) the title of National Wheat Capital ; and other social and regulatory initiatives. In 2025, Machado also publicly opposed a proposal to increase the number of federal deputies , defending constitutional limits and fiscal responsibility.

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of supermarkets.
