Alexandre Luiz Giordano, born in São Paulo, is a Brazilian businessman and politician, affiliated with the Brazilian Democratic Movement (MDB) . He is currently serving his first term as a senator for the state of São Paulo.
In August 2021, Alexandre Giordano joined the MDB . Before that, he was a member of the Social Liberal Party (PSL) , the Brazilian Social Democracy Party (PSDB) , and the Green Party (PV) .

With Olímpio's death, he assumed the position on March 31, 2021.
Senator Giordano has a platform focused on combating social inequality, improving infrastructure for the most vulnerable populations, and enhancing urban mobility.
