Adriana Miguel Ventura, born in São Paulo/SP on March 6, 1969, graduated in Business Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation - School of Business Administration of São Paulo (FGV), where she also obtained her Master's and Doctorate degrees in Business Administration. She studied at the École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques (ESSEC) in Paris. She worked as a professor for over 15 years at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
Adriana Ventura began her political career in 2018, when she was elected federal deputy for São Paulo by the Novo Party, obtaining 75,883 votes. She was re-elected in 2022 with an impressive 109,474 votes .
In her first term as a federal deputy, Adriana Ventura was president of the Mixed Parliamentary Front for Telehealth and the Mixed Parliamentary Front for Ethics Against Corruption (FECC). She is the author of Telemedicine Law No. 13,989/2020, which authorizes the use of telemedicine during the pandemic, and of Bill 2394/2020, which authorizes telehealth permanently in Brazil. Adriana Ventura is also the author of Bill 5,595/2020, an initiative that aims to classify the availability of in-person classes as essential, both in basic education and higher education, even amidst the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
His parliamentary career includes relevant participation and debates such as the abolition or restriction of privileged jurisdiction, the permission for provisional execution of sentences based on second-instance decisions, and the improvement of the Administrative Improbity Law, reversing the changes approved in 2021 that weakened the application of the law. He voted in favor of the pension reform in 2019 and in favor of the tax reform in 2023 .

In the current legislature, he assumed the leadership of his party in 2023, a position he continues to hold in 2024. He is the president of the Parliamentary Front for Oversight, Integrity and Transparency (FIT) , created in 2023.
Acknowledgements
Adriana Ventura received the Parliamentary Excellence Award from the Politicians Ranking every year of her first term (2019-2022) and in 2023, 2024, and 2025. In 2026, she received the Parliamentary Excellence Award for 1st place overall in the National Congress of the 57th Legislature (2023-2026).
In 2022, she received the "100 Most Influential in Health" award from the Media Group's Healthcare Platform in the representativeness category , an award known as the Oscar of Health.

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of supermarkets.
