Ribamar Antônio da Silva, nascido em Osasco/SP em 27 de maio de 1975, é empresário, com formação em Gestão Pública. Iniciou sua trajetória profissional como assessor parlamentar e chefe de gabinete do então deputado federal Roberto Santiago, em Brasília, e atuou no movimento sindical como diretor do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Edifícios de Guarulhos.
Ribamar Silva foi eleito vereador de Osasco em 2016, pelo PRP, exercendo o mandato entre 2017 e 2020, e reeleito em 2020, já pelo PSD, com mandato até 2024, tendo sido o vereador mais votado na reeleição. Foi presidente da Câmara Municipal de Osasco nos biênios 2019-2020 e 2021-2022. Em 2022, candidatou-se a deputado federal por São Paulo, obtendo 65.219 votos e ficando como suplente. No início de 2024, assumiu a Secretaria da Casa Civil de Osasco. Assumiu o mandato efetivo de deputado federal em dezembro de 2024, após a renúncia de Ricardo Silva, eleito prefeito de Ribeirão Preto.
Como parlamentar, Ribamar Silva atua em defesa de pautas relacionadas à educação, às mães atípicas e às pessoas com deficiência e autismo.

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of supermarkets.
