Trajectory
Luis Felipe Bonatto Francischini (known as Felipe Francischini ) is a federal deputy for Paraná (UNIÃO-PR) , born on October 2, 1991, in Curitiba (PR) . A lawyer by training, he began his political career at a young age, inspired by his family—including his father, also a parliamentarian—and consolidated his public work through elected mandates focused on public security, justice, civil rights, and institutional strengthening. Francischini is a constant presence in plenary sessions and committees, and frequently speaks on technical and structural issues of Brazilian legislation.
In his political career , Felipe Francischini was first elected federal deputy in 2018 and re-elected in 2022 , currently serving his term in the 57th Legislature (2023–2027) representing União Brasil for Paraná . During his parliamentary career, he held vice-leader positions in different party blocs and, in 2019, was elected president of the Constitution, Justice and Citizenship Committee (CCJ), one of the most influential committees in the House of Representatives, responsible for granting admissibility to a large part of the bills before they are processed in plenary.
In the National Congress , Francischini has a large and diverse legislative activity, with approximately 174 proposals of his authorship and 28 reported in 2025 registered on the House of Representatives's portal. Among the bills presented are PL 5600/2025 , which creates the National Week in Honor of Police Officers Killed in the Line of Duty ; PL 2348/2024 , which amends a tax provision of Law No. 7,713/1988 ; PL 3890/2024 , which discusses rules on the production, import and marketing of hookah products ; and PL 2620/2024 , which provides for the acceptance of parish certificates for the purpose of rectifying civil records of deceased persons . These initiatives demonstrate his work on issues related to valuing security forces, substantive and tax regulations, civil rights, and public registry procedures , in addition to his presence as president of the CCJ (Committee on Constitution and Justice), where he influences the legislative flow of strategic proposals.
