Trajectory
Luciano Alves dos Santos is a Brazilian federal deputy (PSD-PR) , born on January 8, 1973, in Nova Cantu (PR) . A communicator by training and with experience in journalism before entering politics, he built his political base in Paraná, where he obtained a significant vote as an alternate and began serving a term in the 57th Legislature of the House of Representatives (2023-2027) . He assumed the mandate as an acting alternate from April 19, 2023 , serving alternating periods according to the House's alternate system.
In his political career , Luciano Alves was elected as an alternate federal deputy and, at different times, effectively assumed the mandate of federal deputy for Paraná , being part of the PSD caucus in the House of Representatives since 2023. Although he has no history of previous mandates at the federal level before that, he acted in parliamentary coordination as an acting alternate, participating in committees such as the National Integration and Regional Development Committee and collaborating in debates on public security, regional development and social policies.
In the National Congress , Luciano Alves has produced continuous legislative activity, with approximately 56 proposals of his authorship and 5 reported in 2025 according to the House of Representatives's website. Among the bills presented and under consideration, the following stand out: PL 694/2025 , which establishes a National Policy to Encourage the Donation of Non-Perishable Foods and to Combat Food Waste ; PL 5447/2025 , which prohibits the registration in notary offices of protests of debts arising from essential public services after the interruption of supply ; PL 4716/2025 , under consideration at the end of 2025; PL 3737/2023 , which regulates the allocation of tourist ticket revenue to municipalities; and PL 4775/2024 , which deals with exclusive parking spaces at airports for app drivers . and previous proposals such as Bill 2705/2023 , which amends the Brazilian Aeronautical Code for passengers with tickets for consecutive segments, in addition to projects focused on public health (IPI exemption for sunscreens in the Popular Pharmacy program) and urban mobility.
Alves has also taken a stand in debates on public safety , including advocating for border pay for police officers and municipal guards, and was involved in the approval of Bill 1026/2024 , which restructures incentives for the events sector in Brazil — a project approved in plenary and praised for his role in the vote.
