He holds a degree in Economics and began his political career representing Rio Grande do Norte , a state for which he was elected federal deputy in the 2006, 2010, 2018, and 2022 elections . He is currently serving his term in the 2023–2027 legislature for the Progressive Party (PP-RN) after a long career also in the Liberal Party (PL). Furthermore, he played a role in advancing Bill 4635/2024 (attached to Bill 2603/2025) , which extends until 2030 the exemption from fees for small satellite terminals, benefiting remote locations and rural schools. His legislative career also includes previous proposals such as Bill 2768/2022 , which sought to establish transparency and operational rules for digital platforms, and projects focused on the development of highways in Rio Grande do Norte, highlighting efforts in infrastructure and digital inclusion.
