Jadyel Silva Alencar, known as Jadyel Alencar (sometimes referred to as Jadyel da Jupi ), was born on July 23, 1987 , in Teresina (PI) . An entrepreneur in the food sector before entering politics, he ran for office for the first time and was elected federal deputy for Piauí in 2022 , assuming his first term in the House of Representatives in the 2023–2027 legislature . He initially joined the Green Party (PV) and, in 2024, migrated to the Republicans , the party under which he continues to serve his term.
His political career is marked by a rapid rise on the federal stage, consolidated in his first term. He built a significant electoral base in Piauí with 83,175 votes and gained prominence for his performance in Brasília, being evaluated by parliamentary performance rankings as one of the best-rated deputies in the state, reflecting broad participation in votes, attendance at sessions, and engagement with regional and national agendas.
In the National Congress , Jadyel Alencar holds the mandate of federal deputy (2023–2027) and has an active legislative output. According to official data from the House of Representatives, he has 167 proposals of his own authorship and 21 of which he is the rapporteur until 2025. Among the projects he has presented are PL 2874/2025 (limits financial co-participation in therapies for people with ASD in supplementary health), PL 5960/2025 (establishes the Framework for Promoting the Digital Economy), PL 5751/2025 (standards for the protection and well-being of domestic animals), PL 4563/2025 (regulates the coexistence of pets in condominiums) and PL 6411/2025 (environmental education with empathy for animals), among other matters covering social issues, digital economy, environment and rights.

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of supermarkets.
