Sale of medicines in pharmacies inside supermarkets

I request, pursuant to Article 155, item I, of the Internal Regulations of the House of Representatives, an Urgent Procedure for Bill 2158/23, authored by Senator EFRAIM FILHO, UNIÃO/PB, which amends Law No. 5,991, of December 17, 1973, which "provides for the Sanitary Control of the Trade in Drugs, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Inputs and Related Products, and takes other measures", to regulate the sale of medicines in pharmacies or drugstores located in the sales area of ​​supermarkets.

Public Security Amendment

Amends articles 21, 22, 23, 24 and 144 of the Constitution, to provide for the powers of the Union, the States, the Federal District and the Municipalities relating to public security.

Creation of Positions in the Judicial System

This law provides for the creation of permanent positions, commissioned positions, and commissioned functions within the staff of the National Council of Justice.

Exemption without counterpart: tax privilege for mega-events

Establishes conditions for granting exemption from the Tax on Services of Any Nature – ISS for taxable events related to the organization or holding of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2027.
